Banking Talent Programme
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the banking industry jointly launched the Banking Talent Programme to nurture young talents for the industry and provide them with an opportunity to better prepare for future careers in the banking sector. OCBC Bank is delighted to offer the opportunities to 2021 graduates with details below.
Programme Period:
- 1 September 2021 to 28 February 2022
Position:
- Banking Officer (5 positions in total across the business functions listed below)
Business Functions:
-
Retail Banking
- Asset and Liabilities Department
- Branch Credit Department
- Insurance Department
-
Support / Control
- Internal Audit
- Information Technology
Responsibilities:
- Provide business support to the assigned department
- Assist in planning and executing ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Students graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2021
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving, planning and organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and is able to work under pressure and independently
- Strive for excellence attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be a definite advantage
