Compliance Manager, AML Advisory (Ref. no.: CA/ CED-AML/MGR/WB)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain AML/CFT related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and Group requirements
  • Provide advice on AML/CFT related inquiries to stakeholders

Manager, Regulatory and Advisory, Compliance (Ref. no. CA/CED/M-GC/JDB)

Responsibilities

  • Provided compliance advice to business units covering regulatory compliance areas, including Code of Banking Practice, Personal Data Protection, Deposit Protection Scheme, Outsourcing, FATCA & CRS, Fintech-e-banking related requirements
  • Formulate and maintain regulatory compliance related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in new product & service review process and advise on general compliance perspective

Senior Manager, Balance Sheet Management (Ref. no.: CA/FMD-BSM/WB)

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy development on balance sheet management and optimize the balance sheet structure including funding profile
  • Assist supervisor to prepare analysis reports on balance sheet, NII and NIM
  • Lead / support ALCO and Funding Strategy Committee to organize meetings and prepare meeting materials and analysis to facilitate discussion and decision making

Senior IT Audit Manager (CA/IAD-ITSM/INT)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Department Head to prepare the IT audit plan and monitor the progress/ achievement of the audit plan
  • Assist Department Head to develop and maintain:
    1. Audit methodology and procedures to provide independent assurance over IT
    2. Knowledge of leading practices of existing and new IT activities
  • Lead/Participate in the audit process and procedures to provide independent assessment of IT activities, and evaluate the governance framework, risk management, regulatory compliance processes and internal controls systems
  • Lead/Participate in the handling of special assignments (e.g. investigations and other ad-hoc/special projects)
  • Work in conjunction with Information Technology Division and assist the Department Head to:

Requirements

  • Holder of CISA is required. Qualification of CISSP or other IT security qualification is high preferred

Audit Manager, Credit Risk Review (Ref: NC/IAD-CRR/WB)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of Audit methodology and procedures to provide independent assurance of Credit Risk Exposures and Credit Risk Management processes over credit business and support units.
  • Lead/Participate in the assessment of credit risk exposures quality from four considerations – actual versus expected portfolio performance, data integrity, troubled exposure and volatility of future performance.
  • Lead/Participate in the evaluation of credit process according to the elements of Product and Target Market Definition, Credit Initiation and Approvals, Documentation and Disbursement and Credit Risk Administration, Problem Recognition, Collection/Remedial Management, Portfolio Risk Management and Organisation and staffing.
  • Lead/Participate in the audit process and procedures to assess the operational risk and controls relating to credit operations, trade services and compliance risk over the consumer/commercial credit data.
  • Lead/Participate in the handling of special assignments (e.g. investigations and other ad hoc/special projects).
  • Act as business partner to Risk Management Division and other internal auditors to keep abreast of major developments/ updates to ensure efficient and effective working practices and monitor the implementation and progress of audit recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with CIA, CPA or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 7 years of credit related exposure in corporate/consumer banking, preferably in auditing

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and draft legal documentation in relation to all businesses of the Bank Group

Senior Manager, Market Risk (Ref: CA/RMD-SMMRM/WB)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Head in implementing and maintaining a consistent framework on market risk control process.
  • Assist the Team Head in preparing presentation materials and / or analyses for the ALCO and RMC meetings.
  • Monitor and control market risk limits, providing portfolio analysis
  • Ensure all key risk measures are appropriate and PnL reported is consistent with risk taken
  • Align market risk policies with Head Office and ensure local regulatory compliance

Senior Officer / Officer, Credit RWA Solutions (Ref: CA/RMD-RPM-RWASO/WB)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular Credit Risk and Basel Credit RWA reports for regulatory reporting and management reporting purposes.
  • Analyze trends and perform portfolio analysis.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and reconciliation of Credit RWA and related numbers.
  • Liaise with Business Units, IT and other relevant parties on Cr RWA matters and data quality.
  • Participate in other Basel IRB related initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in quantitative discipline e.g. business, accountancy, engineering, statistics, mathematics etc
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in the banking industry, with experience in IRB / RWA MIS is preferred

Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Credit Risk Modelling (CA/RMD/ RPM/SOCRM/WB)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain the credit rating models for the measurement and management of credit risk for different segments of the Bank's retail and corporate credit portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain user requirements, parameters and configurations of credit rating systems.
  • Work closely with independent model validators to ensure adherence to the governance framework for model deployment and ensure timely closure of validation issues.
  • Active engagement with stakeholders to develop analytic solutions using outputs from such models in credit decision, business strategies, risk appetite setting and provisioning and capital assessment.
