  • Service counters and meeting rooms at selected branches are wheelchair accessible for customers in need.
  • Visually-impaired customer can use headphones at selected OCBC Wing Hang ATMs and follow the voice instruction to complete certain transactions:
    • Cash withdrawal
    • Balance enquiry
    • Password maintenance
